和一個(gè)partner、一個(gè)manager分別進(jìn)行了30分鐘的單獨(dú)面試，3天后出結(jié)果。總體來(lái)說(shuō)并沒(méi)有很難，但是因?yàn)閭€(gè)人失誤，最后沒(méi)有拿到offer。

面試過(guò)程：

群面 7-9人
大家依次坐好，20分鐘自己讀case，全英文，然后是30分鐘無(wú)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組討論，我在team中做的leader，主要把握討論進(jìn)度，幾乎每個(gè)組員都發(fā)言了，我既是leader 又是 keeper，希望大家還是分開(kāi)比較好。討論完，每個(gè)人總結(jié)發(fā)言。
因?yàn)橹型緈anager 立場(chǎng)，只剩下hr, 她評(píng)價(jià)了一下我們的討論，然后是10分鐘的ask and answer. 不是太難，坐好自己就可以了。

The first round was an aptitude test for around 30mins, separate into 4 different sections.

Selected candidates were chosen for a recorded interview and job simulation tasks. The task includes numerical reasoning, email response and multiple choice and ranking decisions.
