顯示獵頭打電話詢問(wèn)基本情況,意圖等,再是人力資源同事打電話了解情況,問(wèn)的很詳細(xì),問(wèn)為什么畢業(yè)后空閑了這么久,為什么幾個(gè)offer都推掉,在以往實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷中遇到過(guò)什么困難,怎樣解決,工作地點(diǎn)離家遠(yuǎn)會(huì)不會(huì)介意等,打破砂鍋問(wèn)到底的感覺(jué),最后做了一個(gè)英語(yǔ)口譯測(cè)試,是一段CEO講話;然后就是人力資源主管面試,全程幾本英文,問(wèn)了一些工作經(jīng)歷。
